This Week in Sports Presents: 2016 NHL Conference Championship Predictions

This Week in Sportsstanleycup13_playoffs_english1

Well, here it is, the Conference Championships of the NHL Playoffs. I am disappointed that the Penguins are here, but I cannot control that. It really seems like the NHL wants the Penguins to win though… some tough games in that 2nd round. My predictions were better in the 2nd round, while The Dice had a little bit worse 2nd round. So give a listen to see how we do with the upcoming Conference Championships. The Blues vs The Sharks in the West and the Lightning vs the Pens in the East. Who do you want in the NHL Finals?

This Week in Sports Episode 9 – Shocking NFL Trade + NHL Playoff Predictions

This Week in Sports

Ehnother Podcast presents This Week in Sports Episode 9!
Keith and I kick things off this week with NFL Talk; all the news stories that came out of the NFL this past week. Also, we give you our Mock Draft picks for Picks 21 – 31 to close out the 1st Round of the NFL Draft. A shocking trade between the Titans and Rams has a lot of people tearing up their Mock Drafts as there is now a new #1 in town. The Barclay’s Premiere League is winding down and Leicester City looks as though it is almost a lock to win the table, while Aston Villa is a lock to be relegated next season. The NHL regular season has come to a close and there have already been some firings that happened; the final regular season NHL 3 Stars of the week could make one hell of a forward line AND I try to run down as succinctly as possible the 8 First Round Playoff Match Ups and give mine and “The Dice’s” predictions for the first round of the NHL Playoffs. Finally, wrapping up this episode with our first stats and standings from the MLB season.
Hope you enjoy the show, see you next week!

Warlock Hour Presents: 2015 NHL Playoff Predictions – Round 2

2015 Stanley Cup Playoff Predictions Round 2

Well, Round 1 of the NHL Playoffs are over. So on Thursday night, just before the first game of Round 2 started, Joe and I sat down and applied our “expert” amateur analysis to discuss what happened in Round 1, and what we see happening in Round 2. This Round we kind of agreed too much, but when you start weeding out teams, it makes things a bit more closer in the competitions.
Also, stick around for some bonus talk about the Edmonton Oilers and their very likely first overall Draft Pick… Connor McDavid.
Enjoy the show, and see you for Round 3.

2015 Stanley Cup Playoff Predictions Round 1

It’s Stanley Cup Playoff time again, and that means it is time for Joe and I to sit down; talk hockey; make predictions and compete against “The Dice”
Round 1 of the NHL Playoffs began yesterday, April 15, 2015 However, we recorded this podcast on Sunday April 12, 2015 before we even knew who was starting in goal for Detroit and before we knew Patrick Kane had been cleared to play. So would that have changed any thing? Well, I guess we’ll never know. So sit back, relax and enjoy 2 hours of hockey talk, analysis and of course the predictions from Joe, me and “The Dice”.
